There are over 75 varieties of hops! Here on the farm we grow 9 different types of hops in our 2 acre hop yard!
Hops grow cones on ropes called bines and are trained to grow upwards in a clockwise direction! Each of our girls are tediously cared for by our amazing hops yard crew!
"Hops under your pillow" is an old farmers trick, encouraging a good nights sleep?!
